Q. Is there any minimum order for balloons?

A. No!

Q. Do you deliver?

A. Yes we do. An additional fee will be charged depending on your location.
HK Island: $200; Kowloon: $160; N.T.: $250; Tung Chung: $350 during normal working hour. Early (before 9am), late (after 6pm) or Public Holiday delivery will be at extra cost.

Q. Do your helium balloons include ribbon?

A. Yes. But you can also buy a roll from us.

Q. Does the price include balloon weights?

A. No. The weights are at an additional cost. Check out Others for more.

Q. How long will helium balloons last?

A. 12” Latex balloons will last for around 8-10 hours, and that for Foil balloons will be 3-5 days depending on conditions.

Q. Can I reuse or refill my balloons?

A. Yes for the foil balloons, they can be refilled at additional cost. No for the latex balloons.

Q. How do I pay?

A. We accept Payme and bank transfer to our HSBC account. All payments need to be settled before delivery or pick up of the balloons. After placing your order on our website. We will then send you an confirmation email and provide the bank details. Once you have provided us the payment proof (either via email balloonoonhk@gmail.com or whatsapp +852 6100 5221), it's all done. Easy!
